PIRGOS workshop and Exhibition to Argiriou Stakeholder

use case image

The PIRGOS system is designed to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and situational awareness on construction sites. It integrates advanced 3D environment mapping (pointcloud structures) using SLAM algorithms, precise real-time tracking of machinery tools via RTK and inclinometer sensors, and AI-driven human detection using depth cameras. The system collects and transmits sensor data and video feeds to an edge/cloud platform for real-time monitoring, analytics, and decision support. This enables functions such as progress tracking, volumetric calculations, and risk detection around heavy machinery.
